First Baptist Church Montezuma is planning two ministry training events and one discipleship conference. Pastor Wayne Rogers invites other churches to join in these events.

Nuts and Bolts of Women’s Ministry in a Small Town
Bring your favorite coffee, tea, or hot chocolate mug for a treat of fresh made muffins and piping hot beverage. Stephanie Bennett from the Georgia Baptist Misson Board will be speaking about women’s ministry in rural Georgia. Doors open at 8:30 am, event is between 9 – 10:30 am.
Men’s Ministry Training March 28, 2026
Nuts and Bolts of Men’s Ministry in a Small Town
Steven Wright from the Georgia Baptist Mission Board will be sharing about building a men’s ministry in a small town. Steven is a familiar face after leading the men’s ministry at Central Baptist for years. Doors open at 7:30 am and breakfast is served from 8 – 8:30 am. The event will last from 8 – 9:30 am.
There will be a jar for donations to help offset the food cost for those who can afford to give
Aspire Women’s Conference April 18, 2026
Aspire is a one-night women’s event full of laughter, learning, stories & music.
The night features three guests: one Bible teacher, one comedian, and one musician. 1 Bible Teacher – 1 Comedian – 1 MusicianJoin us for an amazing ladies’ night out!
