Two well-known hunters are coming to the Americus, GA area to share their story of faith and healing.

Bro. Scotty Jones and Bro. Stephen Fripp are planning a special men’s event featuring feature special speakers Mark and Dan Witt.

The Witt brothers lost their father in 1974 in a tragic hunting accident when they were only 12 and 14. Both experienced a lot of anger, but what follows is an incredible story of God’s redemption and great healing.

This story has been featured by the Field&Stream. “Following Our Father” and is still one of the magazine’s most read articles.

Now, the brothers will share that story in Americus, GA on October 14 at Friendship Camp.

This is a Friendship Baptist Association ministry event that is open to the public.

“I’m praying that all those men that were at the Fish Fry [earlier this year] will come to our October event and bring their lost friends. We all have some,” Bro. Scotty said. “My prayer is that if we can get them there, then Jesus, through the power of the Holy Spirit will draw them to the Lord.”
